Quite the week, ey? What started with a Premier League win over Chelsea on opening day ended with Treble-winning captain Ilkay Gundogan returning to the club.


As always, The City Ramble were across it all.

Here's your weekly round-up from another busy seven days in the world of City.

Monday: Spirits high after a stellar win on opening day



Amos Murphy kicked off the week in the hosting chair and was joined by Andrew Dettmer and Oliver Kersh.


The trio revelled in the opening-day victory over Chelsea and discussed the impact of City's new-look wing.


Tuesday: Gundogan rumours and Chelsea debrief



On Tuesday, Amos was joined by Luke Bardsley and David Michael Powell to continue the Chelsea debrief.


Plus, react to news that a certain silky German might be Etihad Stadium-bound once again.


Wednesday: How Gundogan's return could impact City's title race



The Gundogan chat continued into Wednesday, when Adam and Oliver K discussed how the midfielder's return might impact City from a tactical point of view.


And the latest quarter-final segment from the John Stones' Paint Trophy saw Amos and Jon Ashley battle it out.


Thursday: Kyogo heads City's potential striker shortlist



There was yet more transfer chatter on Thursday, as news that City were eyeing up a move for Kyogo Furuhashi.


Adam headed proceedings, with Andrew and Joe Butterfield joining him, while the man who broke the Kyogo news, Hugh Murray, discussed what type of player the forward was.


Friday: Focus back on the Premier League



The transfer rumour mill was put to one side on Friday as focus switched back to the Premier League.


Ipswich Town the opponents for City, with Amos, Adam B, Oliver and Rich from the Suffolk Crunch sharing their thoughts on the clash.
